cute if it%26#039;s raining! if you wear it with a plainer outfit or bright umbrella too it will really bring out the whole look! (you don%26#039;t want to look to bright and patterned if you have your whole outfit like that!)

Reply:I think they sound awesome and fun - although if they%26#039;re patterned heavily it may be hard to find things to wear with them. It may be annoying to center outfits around some very loud rainboots, but it may also be worth it!

Reply:brightly colored and patterned rain boots are great if it is raining.....they will brighten up your mood on the gloomiest, rainiest , crummy days!!! Just remember, they are RAIN BOOTS, so take them off indoors.
